What is your exchange policy?
We offer exchanges on all full priced items within 7 days of receiving your order. The item must be unused, unwashed, and unworn with original packaging. Sale items are not eligible for returns.

Please email shop@swvy.com.au with your order number and the tracking number of your return. 

Received a faulty item?
If you receive a faulty item, please contact shop@swvy.com.au within 7 days of receiving it with your order number and pictures of the faulty item and we will sort it out straight away for you.
